Instructions:

Complete the Deer’s Leap Winery Wine Club Sign-Up Form by entering your first and last name email, and phone number. Select your wine preferences and check the box to accept Deer’s Leap Winery’s Terms & Conditions.

Select ‘Sign-Up’ to become a member and our staff will call you to confirm your order, and get your credit card information. We accept all major credit cards.

Restrictions:

Deers Leap Winery will only ship wine to states that allow direct shipping.
